Abnormal bulges may indicate that a repositioning of the bladder in head/arms/leg etc. is required.
This happens rarely, but it may be due to the process of shipping and handling. The inner bladder of your plush toy may have repositioned, therefore it is necessary to remove it and replace it properly.
Before starting with the owner’s manual, simply remove the inner plastic bladder and straighten it out on a flat surface. Then glide it back into your plush toy, placing all the limbs in its proper place. Once that is done to perfection you may proceed with the instructions.
If the zipper does not close or is hard to close, then the iPlush might be overinflated and should be a little deflated by opening the valve and letting a little air out.
To avoid this in the future: before your iPlush Toy is fully inflated simply close the zipper allowing only the valve to be visible. Finish inflating the iPlush Toy until it feels firm, close the valve tightly and then zip up!
The item you purchased may appear different than the one shown in this manual. The inflation process works the same for all iPlush products.
There are two options of deflating:
Either attach your air hose to the DEFLATION nozzle located on the air pump, and fasten the other end of the hose to iPlush Toy air valve; tap pump repeatedly until iPlush Toy completely deflates, and store deflated toy and pump for future use.
Or simply open the valve and with your hand squeeze the valve opening gently allowing the air to flow out freely. At the same time, press down on your iPlush Toy to make the air release quicker.
Upon fully deflating youriPlush Toy, remove the inner plastic bladder and set aside Wash the fabric only by hand, or on gentle cycle in washing machine, with mild detergent in cold water only. Hang to air dry – do no not use dryer or any form of heat.
Reinsert the inner plastic bladder and refer to the inflation instructions on your owner’s manual.
